Hi, I'm Brent Kroeker.
I make web applications. That's what full-stack web developers like me do. I've been doing it for about 10 years, and I'm pretty good at it.
I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but have worked remotely with companies all over the world.

- I will work with you to determine what you need and how to best achieve those goals.
- I will provide a tight feedback loop to demo progress I've made and discuss next steps. Goal posts inevitably shift, so this feedback loop keeps us from straying too far from a useful path.
- I will endeavour to provide a usable product ASAP, so that you can begin receiving value from it early in the process. That will be the foundation upon which we expand the feature set, accounting for actual usage patterns.
Do you already have a development team?
You can hire me to join a team of developers you've already built. I love collaborative environments, and have proven leadership skills.
- I've been developing with Ruby on Rails since version 1 in 2006.
- I have a lot of experience with JavaScript, including ES6 and libraries like React Redux.
- I have built complex and scalable web services, and designed database schemas which store millions of interrelated records.
